Quality Assurance

Quality Verification, or QV, refers to a service that provides documented verification of work performed by licensed contractors performing a specified type of work or service. We manage and administer state-of-the-art precise instruments and remote data collecting technologies and procedures with one of the most advanced diagnostic and data collection platforms in the world. 


DSE is able to run and manage mass market programs and report on these programs at real-time. Using this powerful diagnostic and data collection process we are able to verify work performed and certify the records. 


Our fully automated diagnostic technology detects the efficiency of ductwork and HVAC energy units and automatically places test results into state mandated forms. With this patented diagnostic hardware and software, we are able to assist participating contractors with diagnostic testing and allow more precision and accuracy than ever before. 

Quality Verification

Quality Assurance, or QA, refers to planned and systematic production processes that provide confidence in a product's suitability for its intended purpose. DES performs a set of activities, including follow up phone calls and customized survey questions to individuals and property management teams intended to ensure that the products and/or services provided satisfy both customer requirements and program requirements, as designed by the 3rd party implementer and Investor Owned Utility (IOU). These surveys are made in a systematic, reliable fashion with pre-designed and pre-approved survey questions.


DSE is committed to organizing the QA results in a manner that allows the goods and/or services provider to analyze the feedback. The responses are presented in a way that the provider can determine if the product is suitable for the intended purpose and "right the first time." Our QA includes customer evaluation of the quality of materials and components--including quality of installation, skill, knowledge and reliability of technicians, customer services, length of service call, products and components, overall satisfaction, and the inspection processes.
